【摘要】：目的:通過Stroop實驗探討冥想訓(xùn)練的神經(jīng)心理學(xué)效應(yīng)。方法:采用經(jīng)典Stroop字色判斷任務(wù),通過e-prime2軟件對4名志愿者和4名氣功師進行間隔半小時的兩次實驗,記錄被試字色判斷任務(wù)的準確性和反應(yīng)時間。fMRI實驗采用組塊設(shè)計,數(shù)據(jù)分析采用SPM8軟件,對志愿者和氣功師在腦內(nèi)激活情況進行比較。結(jié)果:志愿者字色判斷干擾任務(wù)的平均準確率略低于氣功師,平均反應(yīng)時較氣功師為長。氣功師和志愿者間f MRI實驗的腦內(nèi)激活存在差異,差異區(qū)域主要在左側(cè)前額葉背外側(cè)皮質(zhì)(DLPFC)、前扣帶皮質(zhì)(ACC)和頂下小葉(IPL)。結(jié)論:Stroop實驗可以作為一種客觀的手段來評價氣功練習(xí)者的沖突控制能力,長期的氣功練習(xí)可以提高練習(xí)者沖突控制的能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the neuropsychological effects of meditation training through Stroop experiment.Methods: four volunteers and four Qigong teachers were tested with the classical Stroop word color judgment task. The accuracy of the task and the time of reaction were recorded. The block design was used to test the accuracy and reaction time of the task.SPM8 software was used to compare the activation of volunteers and Qigong in the brain.Results: the average accuracy of word color judgment of volunteers was slightly lower than that of Qigong teachers, and the average reaction time was longer than that of Qigong teachers.There was significant difference in the activation of f MRI between Qigong teachers and volunteers. The difference was mainly in the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (MRI), anterior cingulate cortex (ACCs) and inferior parietal lobules (MRI).Conclusion as an objective method, the 1: Stroop experiment can be used to evaluate the conflict control ability of Qigong practitioners, and the long term Qigong exercise can improve the conflict control ability of Qigong practitioners.
