基于語(yǔ)義的醫(yī)療Web服務(wù)發(fā)現(xiàn)研究

【摘要】:web服務(wù)是可以通過(guò)Internet訪問(wèn)的模塊化應(yīng)用技術(shù),它是解決業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程執(zhí)行和應(yīng)用集成的一種有效手段。在醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域,web服務(wù)技術(shù)在異構(gòu)信息系統(tǒng)集成、遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療、移動(dòng)醫(yī)療等方面被廣泛使用,發(fā)揮著重要作用。 隨著可用的web服務(wù)越來(lái)越多,對(duì)服務(wù)的有效發(fā)現(xiàn)就顯得越發(fā)重要。傳統(tǒng)的做法是將web服務(wù)注冊(cè)到發(fā)布中心(UDDI),用戶再通過(guò)關(guān)鍵詞手動(dòng)查詢、挑選所需的服務(wù)。這種基于語(yǔ)法層次的匹配,由于缺少語(yǔ)義的支持導(dǎo)致服務(wù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的覆蓋率和準(zhǔn)確率都很低。語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)(Semantic web)技術(shù)的引入為解決此類問(wèn)題提供了契機(jī)。它通過(guò)在傳統(tǒng)的web服務(wù)基礎(chǔ)上添加語(yǔ)義支持,并引入本體作為知識(shí)推理基礎(chǔ),從語(yǔ)義層面出發(fā)探討解決現(xiàn)有的web服務(wù)發(fā)現(xiàn)及應(yīng)用所存在的問(wèn)題。 本文正是針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,使用語(yǔ)義web服務(wù)的相關(guān)技術(shù),研究和改進(jìn)服務(wù)的發(fā)布方式、服務(wù)的匹配算法以及服務(wù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的綜合框架,來(lái)提高服務(wù)發(fā)現(xiàn)的查全率和準(zhǔn)確率。具體來(lái)說(shuō),本文主要做了以下幾個(gè)方面的工作: 1.研究分析了當(dāng)前的語(yǔ)義web服務(wù)描述方式和傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)發(fā)布方式,在保留傳統(tǒng)功能的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了基于語(yǔ)義的服務(wù)發(fā)布平臺(tái)。添加本體的支持,并通過(guò)索引庫(kù)、分類庫(kù)等對(duì)關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)的建模,有效地提高了服務(wù)檢索的效率。 2.設(shè)計(jì)了完整的服務(wù)匹配過(guò)程并改進(jìn)了每個(gè)步驟的關(guān)鍵算法,包括:在分類匹配方面,引入了國(guó)際流行的NAICS分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行模糊匹配,保留了同其他系統(tǒng)交互的可擴(kuò)展性。在語(yǔ)義推理方面,定義了更加合理的推理規(guī)則,兼顧了匹配效率和查全率。在核心的功能接口匹配方面,改進(jìn)基于語(yǔ)義距離的概念相似度算法,并引入權(quán)值參數(shù)來(lái)表示用戶的特異性需求,更好的匹配出滿足用戶需求的服務(wù)。 3.綜合服務(wù)發(fā)布平臺(tái)和匹配算法,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)完整的服務(wù)發(fā)現(xiàn)框架,并構(gòu)建了一定數(shù)量的用例來(lái)對(duì)此框架進(jìn)行測(cè)試。最后以一個(gè)醫(yī)院的日常醫(yī)療事務(wù)和急診、轉(zhuǎn)診服務(wù)為需求,建立一個(gè)醫(yī)療應(yīng)用的仿真用例,,為醫(yī)療服務(wù)的有效發(fā)現(xiàn)提供了一個(gè)可行方案。
[Abstract]:Web service is a modularized application technology that can be accessed through Internet. It is an effective method to solve the problem of business process execution and application integration.In medical field, web services technology is widely used in heterogeneous information system integration, telemedicine, mobile medicine and so on, and plays an important role.As more and more web services are available, effective discovery of services becomes more and more important.The traditional method is to register the web service with the distribution center, and then the user will manually query the key words to select the required service.Because of the lack of semantic support, the coverage and accuracy of service discovery are very low.The introduction of semantic Web provides an opportunity to solve these problems.By adding semantic support to traditional web services and introducing ontology as the basis of knowledge reasoning, it discusses how to solve the problems existing in the discovery and application of web services from the semantic level.In order to improve the recall and accuracy of service discovery, this paper studies and improves the service publishing method, the matching algorithm and the comprehensive framework of service discovery by using the related technology of semantic web services.Specifically, this paper mainly does the following work:1.This paper studies and analyzes the current semantic web service description and traditional service publishing methods, and designs a semantic based service publishing platform on the basis of retaining the traditional function.The efficiency of service retrieval is improved by adding the support of ontology and modeling key data through index database and classification database.2.A complete service matching process is designed and the key algorithm of each step is improved. In the aspect of classification and matching, the international popular NAICS classification standard is introduced for fuzzy matching, which retains the scalability of interaction with other systems.In the aspect of semantic reasoning, more reasonable reasoning rules are defined, and matching efficiency and recall rate are taken into account.In the core functional interface matching, the concept similarity algorithm based on semantic distance is improved, and the weight parameter is introduced to represent the specific needs of the user, so as to better match the services that meet the needs of users.3.Based on the service publishing platform and matching algorithm, a complete service discovery framework is designed, and a certain number of use cases are constructed to test the framework.Finally, taking the daily medical affairs and emergency and referral services of a hospital as the requirement, a simulation use case of medical application is established, which provides a feasible scheme for the effective discovery of medical services.
