【摘要】：目的:分析國(guó)家二級(jí)醫(yī)院CT設(shè)備運(yùn)行的成本與效益,為實(shí)現(xiàn)醫(yī)院宏觀(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)的管理提供參考價(jià)值。方法:結(jié)合國(guó)家中、西、東部地區(qū)的具體省份,采取問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式,結(jié)合67家二級(jí)醫(yī)院在過(guò)去的五年中的CT設(shè)備運(yùn)行成本和效益為基本資料,在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和技術(shù)效益的角度上,明確設(shè)備的成本效益問(wèn)題。結(jié)果:通過(guò)分析顯示,在調(diào)查的三個(gè)省份中,CT的平均擁有量是(1.7±0.9)臺(tái)。針對(duì)樣本醫(yī)院中的CT設(shè)備進(jìn)行成本的實(shí)際運(yùn)算,會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)在這64家二級(jí)醫(yī)院中,在2010年—2014年間CT的年平均總運(yùn)行成本是134.9萬(wàn)元、138.2萬(wàn)元、148.7萬(wàn)元、157.2萬(wàn)元、177.1萬(wàn)元,始終呈現(xiàn)出遞增的趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論:經(jīng)過(guò)分析,國(guó)家二級(jí)醫(yī)院的CT設(shè)備運(yùn)行成本經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著,技術(shù)效益還有較大進(jìn)步空間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the cost and benefit of the operation of CT equipment in national level II hospital, and to provide reference value for the management of hospital macro economy.Methods: combined with the specific provinces in the middle, west and east of the country, the basic data of the operation cost and benefit of CT equipment in 67 second-level hospitals in the past five years were investigated by questionnaire.In the angle of economic benefit and technical benefit, the cost-benefit problem of equipment is clear.Results: the average ownership of CT was 1.7 鹵0.9 in the three provinces.According to the actual cost calculation of CT equipment in the sample hospital, it is found that the average annual total operating cost of CT between 2010 and 2014 is 1.349 million yuan, 1.382 million yuan, 1.487 million yuan, 1.572 million yuan, 1.771 million yuan in these 64 level II hospitals, and the average annual operation cost of CT is 1.349 million yuan, 1.382 million yuan, 1.487 million yuan, 1.572 million yuan, 1.771 million yuan between 2010 and 2014.The trend is always increasing.Conclusion: through the analysis, the cost and economic benefit of CT equipment in the second class hospital is remarkable, and the technical benefit still has great room for improvement.
