人腦白質(zhì)與腦灰質(zhì)β色散、δ色散和γ色散過渡區(qū)間機(jī)制分析

【摘要】:為了探索腦白質(zhì)和腦灰質(zhì)在β、δ和γ色散過度區(qū)間內(nèi)的介電特性在臨床醫(yī)學(xué)和微波成像技術(shù)上的應(yīng)用,本文應(yīng)用Cole-Cole公式計(jì)算腦白質(zhì)和腦灰質(zhì)的相對介電常數(shù)及增量,并以相對介電常數(shù)增量的突變?yōu)橐罁?jù),判斷3種色散發(fā)生的頻域區(qū)間;而后利用Cole-Cole圓分析過渡區(qū)內(nèi)哪種色散占核心地位,以及相應(yīng)的極化機(jī)制,從中尋找有價值的數(shù)據(jù)和規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:腦白質(zhì)在β與δ色散之間、β與γ色散之間、δ與γ色散之間有3種色散過渡區(qū)間,而腦灰質(zhì)僅在β與δ色散之間和δ與γ色散之間有2種過渡區(qū)間;腦白質(zhì)的β與δ色散過渡區(qū)間頻率范圍寬于腦灰質(zhì)的,且在這兩種物質(zhì)中β與δ色散過渡區(qū)間內(nèi)均以β色散占核心地位,其相應(yīng)的極化機(jī)制為界面極化;腦白質(zhì)的δ與γ色散過渡區(qū)間頻率范圍也寬于腦灰質(zhì)過渡區(qū)間的頻率范圍,且在這兩種物質(zhì)中δ與γ色散過渡區(qū)間內(nèi)均以δ色散占核心地位,其相應(yīng)的極化方式為轉(zhuǎn)向極化。通過以上研究,本文結(jié)果可為腦組織疾病的診斷和微波成像技術(shù)提供理論依據(jù)和數(shù)據(jù)參考。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the application of the dielectric properties of white matter and gray matter in the range of 尾, 未 and 緯 dispersion in clinical medicine and microwave imaging, the relative dielectric constant and increment of white matter and gray matter were calculated by Cole-Cole formula. On the basis of the abrupt change of relative dielectric constant increment, the frequency domain of the three kinds of dispersion is determined, and then the Cole-Cole circle is used to analyze which dispersion occupies the core position in the transition region and the corresponding polarization mechanism. The results show that there are three dispersion transition regions between 尾 and 未 dispersion, 尾 and 緯 dispersion, 未 and 緯 dispersion, and between 未 and 緯 dispersion. However, there are only two transition regions between 尾 and 未 dispersion and between 未 and 緯 dispersion in gray matter, and the frequency range of 尾 and 未 dispersion transition interval in white matter is wider than that in gray matter. 尾 -dispersion occupies the core position in the transition region of 尾 and 未 dispersion, and the corresponding polarization mechanism is interfacial polarization, and the frequency range of 未 and 緯 dispersion transition region of white matter is wider than that of gray matter transition region. The 未 dispersion occupies the core position in the transition region of 未 and 緯 dispersion, and the corresponding polarization mode is turn polarization. The results can provide theoretical basis and data reference for the diagnosis and microwave imaging of brain tissue diseases.
