經(jīng)腹部自動(dòng)提取胎兒心率的方法研究

【摘要】:胎兒心率實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)作為臨床用于評(píng)價(jià)胎兒宮內(nèi)健康狀況的重要檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)判斷宮內(nèi)胎兒是否窘迫、保障圍產(chǎn)期孕婦和胎兒的安全具有十分重要的作用。目前,通過(guò)電極直接從孕婦腹部提取混合心電信號(hào),并將孕婦心電信號(hào)和胎兒心電信號(hào)分離,從分離的胎兒心電信號(hào)中獲取胎兒心率是一種最理想的非侵入式檢測(cè)方法。一方面,由于孕婦腹部心電信號(hào)的提取易受孕婦肌肉收縮、呼吸、肌電和其他干擾噪聲的影響,另一方面,胎兒心電信號(hào)的QRS復(fù)波幅度約為60μV,其能量不及腹部混合心電信號(hào)能量的四分之一,并且胎兒心電信號(hào)的提取還受電極的置放部位,以及胎兒的實(shí)際孕周和胎兒在宮內(nèi)的位置的影響。這些問(wèn)題使得孕婦腹部混合心電信號(hào)的提取以及胎兒心電信號(hào)的分離都面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)近年來(lái)胎心率檢測(cè)方法的研究,確立了以TI公司的浮點(diǎn)型DSP芯片TMS320C6713和專用心電檢測(cè)的模擬前端系列產(chǎn)品芯片ADS1298為核心來(lái)完成胎兒心率自動(dòng)提取的設(shè)計(jì)方案,在DSP處理器的控制下,由模擬前端ADS1298完成三通道腹部混合心電信號(hào)的放大與采集,然后設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)字濾波器去除噪聲對(duì)混合心電信號(hào)的干擾,再采用改進(jìn)的獨(dú)立分量分析方法從三通道混合心電信號(hào)中分離出胎兒心電信號(hào),最后計(jì)算得到胎心率。由實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果可以看出:該系統(tǒng)能可靠地檢測(cè)孕婦腹部混合心電信號(hào),并能準(zhǔn)確提取胎兒心率。 該系統(tǒng)具有便攜、低功耗特性,適合長(zhǎng)程動(dòng)態(tài)對(duì)胎兒進(jìn)行監(jiān)護(hù),,為圍產(chǎn)期孕婦子宮內(nèi)胎兒的健康狀況提供可靠依據(jù),對(duì)提高圍產(chǎn)期母嬰健康水平具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The real-time monitoring of fetal heart rate, as an important method for clinical evaluation of fetal health status, plays an important role in judging fetal distress and ensuring the safety of pregnant women and fetuses during perinatal period. It is an ideal non-invasive method to extract mixed ECG signals from pregnant women's abdomen directly by electrode, and to separate maternal ECG signals from fetal ECG signals and obtain fetal heart rate from separated fetal ECG signals. The extraction of abdominal ECG signals of pregnant women is easily affected by muscle contraction, respiration, electromyography and other interference noise. On the other hand, The amplitude of QRS complex wave of fetal ECG signal is about 60 渭 V, which is less than 1/4 of the energy of abdominal mixed ECG signal. And the actual gestational weeks of the fetus and the position of the fetus in the uterus. These problems make the extraction and separation of fetal ECG signals from the abdomen of pregnant women face great challenges. Based on the research of fetal heart rate (FHR) detection methods in recent years, a design scheme of automatic fetal heart rate extraction is established based on TI's floating-point DSP chip TMS320C6713 and a series of analog front-end ADS1298 chips for special ECG detection. Under the control of DSP processor, the three-channel abdominal mixed ECG signal is amplified and collected by analogue front-end ADS1298. Then digital filter is designed to remove the noise from the mixed ECG signal. An improved independent component analysis (ICA) method was used to separate fetal ECG signals from three-channel mixed ECG signals. Finally, the fetal heart rate was calculated. The experimental results show that the system can reliably detect mixed ECG signals in pregnant women's abdomen. And can accurately extract fetal heart rate. The system has the characteristics of portable and low power consumption. It is suitable for long-term dynamic fetal monitoring and provides reliable basis for the fetal health status in the womb of perinatal pregnant women. It is of great significance to improve the maternal and infant health level during perinatal period.
