【摘要】:本研究旨在搭建一套可測量血管應(yīng)變的光學(xué)相干層析成像(OCT)系統(tǒng)。首先,利用搭建的OCT系統(tǒng)測量豬冠狀動脈結(jié)構(gòu),并與血管組織切片對比,以確定系統(tǒng)的可靠性;然后,在灌流系統(tǒng)中,對豬冠狀動脈施加不同壓力,測量不同壓力下血管的OCT圖像,并使用互相關(guān)算法計算血管應(yīng)變。結(jié)果表明,血管的OCT圖像呈明暗分層,可以清晰地觀察到血管的中膜和內(nèi)膜,與血管組織切片結(jié)果一致。計算得到了不同壓力下中膜和內(nèi)膜的位移和應(yīng)變,發(fā)現(xiàn)中膜應(yīng)變大于內(nèi)膜應(yīng)變。該OCT系統(tǒng)不僅可以測量血管組織形態(tài),還可以測量血管微觀尺度的應(yīng)變。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to set up an optical coherence tomography (Oct) system for measuring vascular strain. Firstly, the structure of porcine coronary artery is measured by using the constructed OCT system and compared with vascular tissue sections to determine the reliability of the system. In the perfusion system, different pressures were applied to the porcine coronary artery to measure the OCT images of blood vessels under different pressures, and the cross correlation algorithm was used to calculate the vascular strain. The results showed that the OCT images of blood vessels were light and dark stratified. The media and intima of blood vessels can be clearly observed, which is consistent with the results of vascular tissue sections. The displacement and strain of the media and intima under different pressures are calculated. It is found that the medium membrane strain is greater than the intimal strain, and the OCT system can not only measure the morphology of blood vessels, but also measure the strain of blood vessels on microscopic scale.
