基于wolf法則的連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)仿生拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法

【摘要】:基于生物力學(xué)中的Wolff法則指的是骨具有適應(yīng)力學(xué)環(huán)境的功能,它將根據(jù)周圍的力學(xué)環(huán)境調(diào)整自身的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和形狀,以最小的重量實(shí)現(xiàn)最優(yōu)的結(jié)構(gòu)和最大的強(qiáng)度。將基于反應(yīng)擴(kuò)散方程的骨骼重建模型通過有限元方法和像素單元的添加和刪除準(zhǔn)則對連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提出了基于Wolff法則的仿生拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化計(jì)算方法。對連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化中被廣泛應(yīng)用的短懸臂梁結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化計(jì)算,以及其結(jié)果與其它幾種拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法進(jìn)行比較,驗(yàn)證了文中方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the Wolff rule in biomechanics, the bone has the ability to adapt itself to the mechanical environment, and it adjusts its topology and shape according to the surrounding mechanical environment. The optimal structure and maximum strength are achieved with minimum weight. The topology optimization design of continuum structure is proposed by means of finite element method and pixel element addition and deletion criterion, which is based on the reaction-diffusion equation. The bionic topology optimization method based on Wolff's rule is presented. The topology optimization of the short cantilever structure which is widely used in the topology optimization of continuum structure is carried out. The results are compared with other topology optimization methods, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
