【摘要】：心腦血管疾病目前是一種嚴(yán)重威脅人類，尤其是50歲以上中老年人的常見病，，縱使應(yīng)用目前最前沿、最完善的治療手段，依然有50%以上的腦血管意外幸存者基本生活不能完全自理!全世界每年由于心腦血管疾病死亡的人數(shù)高達(dá)1500萬人，居各種死因第一位。心腦血管疾病現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成為人類的頭號(hào)殺手，是人們健康的“無聲兇煞”！ 心腦血管疾病具有“發(fā)病率高、致殘率高、死亡率高、復(fù)發(fā)率高,并發(fā)癥多”即“四高一多”的特點(diǎn)。就目前看來，我國心腦血管疾病患者總數(shù)已超過2.7億！死于心腦血管疾病的每年將近300萬人，占我國死亡病因總?cè)藬?shù)的51%。而幸存者75%均喪失勞動(dòng)能力，剩下的40%特殘！我國腦中風(fēng)患者出院后頭一年的復(fù)發(fā)率為30%，五年內(nèi)的復(fù)發(fā)率則可達(dá)到59%。在美國，二級(jí)預(yù)防水平先進(jìn)，復(fù)發(fā)率僅為10%。因?yàn)槲覈t(yī)療保險(xiǎn)覆蓋面小，腦中風(fēng)患者的復(fù)發(fā)率是世界水平的2倍！ 心腦血管風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素借助轉(zhuǎn)變動(dòng)脈壁的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、性質(zhì)和功能以及動(dòng)脈血管的內(nèi)皮組織來危害動(dòng)脈系統(tǒng)的健康。亞臨床動(dòng)脈病變可無任何癥狀，僅僅體現(xiàn)為動(dòng)脈壁彈性的減退、僵硬度增加，一般不會(huì)引起病人的重視，可出現(xiàn)這種亞臨床動(dòng)脈功能損害的狀況是與動(dòng)脈壁彈性的減退和動(dòng)脈硬化的加速形成是緊密聯(lián)系的。 本文針對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況的需求，在ARM11系統(tǒng)的硬件基礎(chǔ)上，通過Windows CE6.0進(jìn)行嵌入式系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)，以Visual Studio2005為可視化開發(fā)工具，對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研發(fā)。開發(fā)工作主要包括一下兩個(gè)大方面：內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能診斷儀的硬件平臺(tái)的建立和內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能診斷儀的設(shè)備驅(qū)動(dòng)開發(fā)。以無創(chuàng)的容積脈搏波檢測(cè)技術(shù)對(duì)內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的功能進(jìn)行評(píng)測(cè)。 本發(fā)明包括末梢循環(huán)血容積脈搏波數(shù)字化探測(cè)裝置、自動(dòng)肱動(dòng)脈加壓裝置、可擴(kuò)展診斷功能的嵌入式系統(tǒng)、算法模塊、觸摸屏、打印和擴(kuò)展口等，整機(jī)為便攜式座機(jī)。本發(fā)明實(shí)現(xiàn)了在血流介導(dǎo)情況下的末梢循環(huán)血容積脈搏波的頻譜分析，其結(jié)果與內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能有很好的相關(guān)性
[Abstract]:Cardiovascular disease is a serious threat to humanity, especially the common diseases in the elderly over 50 years, even if the application is currently in the forefront of the most comprehensive treatment, there are still more than 50% of the cerebrovascular accident survivors basic life can not completely take care! The whole world each year by the number in cardiovascular disease mortality as high as 15 million people, ranking first in all causes of death. Cardiovascular disease has become the number one killer of human beings, is silent demon people's health ""!
Cardiovascular disease has a high incidence rate, high disability rate, high mortality rate, high recurrence rate, complications "or" four high one "features. For now, China's total number of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have been more than 270 million! Died of cardiovascular disease each year nearly 3 million people, accounting for the total number of China's cause of death 51%. and 75% survivors were incapacitated, the rest of the 40% stroke patients discharged residual! China first year recurrence rate was 30%, the five year recurrence rate can reach 59%. in the United States, the two grade prevention level is advanced, the recurrence rate is only 10%. because of China's medical insurance coverage is small, stroke patients the recurrence rate is 2 times the level in the world!
The internal structure of cardiovascular risk factors with the change of the arterial wall, and the nature and function of vascular endothelial tissue damage to the arterial system health. Subclinical artery disease can not have any symptoms, only loss, arterial wall elasticity stiffness increased, generally will not attract the attention of the patient, can appear this kind of subclinical arterial function the damage situation is accelerating the formation and the elastic arterial wall impairment and atherosclerosis are closely related.
Based on the demand of reality, based on the hardware of the ARM11 system, embedded system development by Windows CE6.0, with Visual Studio2005 as a visual development tool, the development of the whole system. The main work includes two aspects: the establishment of endothelial cell function diagnosis instrument hardware platform and diagnosis function of endothelial cells instrument device driver development. To evaluate the volume pulse wave detection technology of non-invasive on endothelial cell function.
The invention includes a peripheral circulation blood volume pulse wave digital detection device, automatic brachial artery pressure device, embedded system, extensible function diagnosis algorithm module, touch screen, print and export expansion, the portable phone. The invention realizes the flow mediated spectrum of peripheral circulation blood volume pulse condition wave the analysis results have a good correlation with the function of endothelial cells
