【摘要】:醫(yī)學影像歸檔與傳輸系統(tǒng)(Picture Archiving and Communication System,PACS)是目前醫(yī)院信息化、數(shù)字化發(fā)展的重要項目之一。 目前流行的PACS系統(tǒng)主要是基于C/S模式的,必須在客戶端安裝相應的圖像瀏覽工作站。圖像瀏覽工作站的兼容性很差,不能實現(xiàn)跨平臺,在部署整個PACS系統(tǒng)的時候需要有專門的技術人員進行施工部署,同時客戶端軟件費用昂貴,對客戶機要求也很高,推高了部署成本。而基于WEB的PACS系統(tǒng),則可以實現(xiàn)大范圍的共享、文件傳輸,而且客戶端瀏覽器分布廣泛,對客戶機要求很低。同時在部署時,只需部署服務器,可以方便整個系統(tǒng)的維護與升級,降低維護成本。最主要的是可以為病人提供一個查看自己的病情的一個渠道。 本文結合國內外對基于WEB的PACS系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,分析了當前基于WEB的PACS系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)缺點,提出了合理架構醫(yī)學影像WEB服務器和優(yōu)化影像傳輸?shù)慕鉀Q方案。在已有的PACS系統(tǒng)的基礎上,架構了一款醫(yī)學影像WEB服務器,提高了系統(tǒng)資源的利用率,加快了圖像處理速度;提出了圖像分塊和多圖層的圖像傳輸技術,減少了圖像數(shù)據(jù)傳輸量,有效地提高了圖像的傳輸速度。 本課題是基于DICOM標準、B/S模式、通過FastCGI以PHP腳本訪問圖像處理服務的方式架構了一種基于WEB的PACS系統(tǒng)。通過采用瀏覽器客戶端進行圖像和影像展示、服務端進行數(shù)據(jù)提供、影像處理的模式,減輕了客戶端的處理任務,有效的降低了對客戶端硬件的要求,,有利于實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的瘦客戶端化、移動化、跨平臺化。目前國內對基于WEB的PACS系統(tǒng)的研究還不成熟,相關的很多問題還需要進行深入的研究和探討,如圖像傳輸方式、圖像信息獲取方式、整個WEBPACS系統(tǒng)架構的合理優(yōu)化等。雖然基于WEB的PACS系統(tǒng)的總體性能還沒有達到C/S模式的水平,但是隨著網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境的基礎設施的完善、計算機與網(wǎng)絡通信技術的飛速發(fā)展,基于WEB的PACS系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢會越發(fā)明顯。

At present, the popular PACS system is mainly based on C / S mode, it is necessary to install the corresponding image browsing workstation on the client side. The compatibility of the image browsing workstation is very poor, so it can not realize cross-platform. When deploying the whole PACS system, special technicians are needed to carry out the construction and deployment. At the same time, the client software is expensive and the client is very demanding, which pushes up the cost of deployment. And the PACS system based on WEB, The client browser is widely distributed and requires very low requirements for the client. At the same time, when deploying, only the server can be deployed, which can facilitate the maintenance and upgrade of the whole system. Reduce maintenance costs. The main thing is to provide a way for patients to see their condition. Combined with the development of PACS system based on WEB at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current PACS system based on WEB, and puts forward a reasonable solution to construct the WEB server of medical image and optimize the image transmission. A medical image WEB server is constructed, which improves the utilization rate of system resources and speeds up image processing. The image transmission technology of image block and multi-layer is put forward, which reduces the amount of image data transmission. The speed of image transmission is improved effectively. This thesis is based on DICOM standard / B / S mode, and constructs a kind of PACS system based on WEB by PHP script accessing image processing service through FastCGI. By using browser client to display images and images, the server can provide data. The mode of image processing lightens the processing task of client, effectively reduces the requirement of client hardware, and is helpful to realize the thin client and mobile of the system. Cross-platform. At present, the research of PACS system based on WEB is not mature, and many related problems need to be deeply studied and discussed, such as image transmission, image information acquisition, Although the overall performance of the PACS system based on WEB has not reached the level of C / S mode, with the improvement of the infrastructure of the network environment and the rapid development of computer and network communication technology, The development advantage of PACS system based on WEB will become more and more obvious.
