【摘要】：目的:采用氣相色譜質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法測定聚氯乙烯(PVC)醫(yī)療器械中非鄰苯二甲酸酯類增塑劑環(huán)己烷1,2-二甲酸二異壬基酯(diisononyl cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate,DINCH)的含量和遷移量。方法:分別用乙醚加熱回流法提取PVC醫(yī)療器械中DINCH,以脂肪乳為浸提液評價DINCH的遷移量,并建立GCMS方法檢測測試液中DINCH的含量。結(jié)果:該方法線性范圍為50~800μg·mL-1,r=0.9999,在提取試驗和遷移試驗中,DINCH的回收率為81.7%~101.5%,RSD均小于5.0%。結(jié)論:本文建立的方法可用于PVC醫(yī)療器械中DINCH含量和遷移量的評價。
[Abstract]:Objective: to determine the content and mobility of non-phthalate plasticizer cyclohexane 1n 2-diisonyl diisonyl diisonyl diisonyl cyclohexane-1 2-dicarboxylate DINCHE by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods: the method was reheated by ether. DINCH was extracted from PVC medical instruments by flow method, and the migration of DINCH was evaluated with fat emulsion as extractant. A GCMS method was established for the determination of DINCH in the test solution. Results: the linear range of the method was 50,800 渭 g 路ml -1 ru 0.9999. The recovery rate of DINCH in extraction and migration tests was 81.7% and 101.5% respectively. Conclusion: the method established in this paper can be used in PVC medical instruments.
