【摘要】：目的細胞片層技術(shù)(cell sheet technology,CST)克服了傳統(tǒng)組織工程中的缺點,展示了在組織工程中的革新和優(yōu)勢�，F(xiàn)就CST及其在口腔組織工程領域的研究進展進行綜述。方法查閱近年來國內(nèi)外關于CST以及在口腔組織工程中研究及應用的相關文獻,進行分析、整理和總結(jié)。結(jié)果與傳統(tǒng)組織工程技術(shù)相比,CST細胞接種率高、基質(zhì)豐富、具有良好的生物相容性和理想操作性,有利于細胞移植成活和組織功能重建。CST在口腔牙周組織修復重建、口腔黏膜軟組織缺損修復以及頜面部骨缺損修復中均有成功研究報道。結(jié)論 CST不斷改進,并與傳統(tǒng)組織工程技術(shù)相結(jié)合將會促進口腔組織工程學進一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to overcome the shortcomings of traditional tissue engineering by cell lamellar technique (CSTs). The innovation and advantages in tissue engineering were demonstrated. The research progress of CST and its application in oral tissue engineering was reviewed. Methods the literatures on CST and its application in oral tissue engineering were reviewed in recent years. The results showed that compared with the traditional tissue engineering technology, the cell contact rate of CST was higher, the matrix was abundant, and had good biocompatibility and ideal maneuverability. It is beneficial to the survival of cell transplantation and the reconstruction of tissue function. CST has been reported successfully in oral periodontal tissue repair, oral mucosal soft tissue defect repair and maxillofacial bone defect repair. Conclusion CST is continuously improved. Combining with traditional tissue engineering technology will promote the further development of oral tissue engineering.
