沖擊載荷作用下蛋白質(zhì)水溶液潤滑吸附膜的生長特性

【摘要】:目的研究蛋白質(zhì)水溶液擠壓潤滑條件下材料表面蛋白質(zhì)吸附膜的動態(tài)生長特性及其影響因素。方法利用光干涉技術(shù)測量球盤點接觸在循環(huán)沖擊條件下BSA蛋白質(zhì)水溶液的吸附膜厚的生長過程,并研究沖擊載荷、沖擊次數(shù)、材料表面性質(zhì)對BSA水溶液的吸附成膜特性的影響。結(jié)果動態(tài)條件下蛋白質(zhì)潤滑吸附膜要比靜態(tài)工況下的升高很多,沖擊條件下蛋白質(zhì)吸附膜不斷生長,并最終達到穩(wěn)定厚度。小載荷和疏水材料表面有利于蛋白質(zhì)潤滑吸附膜的生長。鋼表面極易形成較厚吸附膜,而陶瓷表面吸附膜厚較低。結(jié)論針對沖擊載荷作用下蛋白質(zhì)水溶液潤滑吸附膜的生長特性研究對人工關(guān)節(jié)磨損、松動等的治療、預(yù)防具有一定的臨床指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the dynamic growth characteristics and influencing factors of protein adsorption film on the surface of protein solution under the condition of squeeze lubrication of protein solution. Methods BSA protein water was measured by means of light interferometry under cyclic impact conditions. The growth process of the adsorption film thickness of the solution, The effects of impact load, impact times and material surface properties on the adsorption properties of BSA aqueous solution were studied. The protein adsorption film grows continuously under the shock condition, and finally reaches the stable thickness. The small load and hydrophobic material surface are favorable to the protein lubricating adsorption film growth, the steel surface is easy to form the thicker adsorption film, Conclusion the study on the growth characteristics of protein aqueous solution lubricated adsorption film under impact load has a certain clinical significance for the treatment and prevention of artificial joint wear and loosening.
