【摘要】:盡管OCT早已在世界范圍內(nèi)獲得臨床診斷許可,但這項(xiàng)技術(shù)尚無(wú)任何國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。如何驗(yàn)證OCT的成像能力及有效性被認(rèn)為是該技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化進(jìn)程中的重要一環(huán)。本研究研制了一種可用于OCT三維成像分辨率測(cè)試的模擬眼。該模擬眼利用透明樹(shù)脂材料仿真了人眼的重要光學(xué)元件:角膜與晶狀體。采用3D打印技術(shù)在模擬眼眼底制作出了參照USAF1951靶板設(shè)計(jì)的三維分辨率測(cè)試圖案。研究結(jié)果表明該模擬眼能夠?qū)CT設(shè)備的三維成像分辨率性能進(jìn)行初步評(píng)估,通過(guò)進(jìn)一步改進(jìn),未來(lái)可用于注冊(cè)檢驗(yàn)或日常質(zhì)控。
[Abstract]:Although OCT has already received worldwide permission for clinical diagnosis, However, there is no international standard for this technique. How to verify the imaging capability and effectiveness of OCT is considered to be an important part of the standardization process of this technology. A new model for OCT 3D imaging resolution testing has been developed in this study. The simulated eye uses transparent resin material to simulate the important optical components of the human eye: cornea and lens. The 3D printing technique is used to fabricate the 3D resolution test pattern with reference to the USAF1951 target plate in the simulated eye fundus. The results show that the simulated eye can be used to evaluate the resolution performance of 3D imaging of OCT devices. Through further improvement, the future can be used for registration inspection or routine quality control.
