【摘要】：本文探索了制備含納米銀聚丙烯網(wǎng)片的方法。利用熔融共混法將納米銀與聚丙烯按不同的質(zhì)量比例共混造粒，加工得到相應(yīng)的含納米銀聚丙烯網(wǎng)片。對所得樣本的表面形貌和力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行測試，考察不同添加量的納米銀對樣本力學(xué)性能的影響，，并觀察納米銀在復(fù)合物中的團(tuán)聚情況。結(jié)果表明：通過相應(yīng)工藝能夠制備出含納米銀聚丙烯網(wǎng)片；納米銀能在不明顯增加網(wǎng)片重量的同時提高其力學(xué)性質(zhì)，且未對纖維的成纖及紡織性能造成明顯影響；納米銀的團(tuán)聚情況與添加量正相關(guān)，但總體較少。該實驗為獲得抗菌醫(yī)用聚丙烯網(wǎng)片提供了新的思路。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the preparation method of polypropylene mesh containing nano-silver was studied. The nano-silver and polypropylene were blended and granulated in different mass ratio by melt blending method. The surface morphology and mechanical properties of the samples were tested, and the effects of different amounts of nano-silver on the mechanical properties of the samples were investigated. The agglomeration of nano-silver in the composite was observed. The results showed that the nano-silver polypropylene mesh could be prepared by the corresponding process, and the nano-silver could not increase the weight of the mesh and improve its mechanical properties. The agglomeration of nano-silver has a positive correlation with the addition amount, but it is less. This experiment provides a new idea for obtaining antibacterial medical polypropylene mesh.
