【摘要】:水迷宮圖像采集實(shí)驗(yàn)是一種讓實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物尋找隱藏平臺(tái)并通過(guò)分析其參數(shù)來(lái)判斷動(dòng)物腦功能好壞的一種實(shí)驗(yàn)方案,廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)學(xué)、生物學(xué)、神經(jīng)學(xué)等領(lǐng)域。雖然目前水迷宮設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)方案有很多,但是,相比于其他的水迷宮設(shè)計(jì)方案,本實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)有其獨(dú)特性和優(yōu)點(diǎn),克服了之前許多水迷宮設(shè)備的缺陷和不足。本文的主要工作如下: 本實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備是利用虛擬儀器Lab VIEW (laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench),在使用通用數(shù)字?jǐn)z像頭、計(jì)算機(jī),配以任意圖像采集卡的基礎(chǔ)上完成的。在低成本的基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)出來(lái)的具有測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確、功能齊全、操作簡(jiǎn)單的特點(diǎn),并且根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)康牡男枰黾恿藥讉(gè)新的參數(shù)指標(biāo)。 首先,為了降低實(shí)驗(yàn)的成本,本實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)放棄使用NI (National Instrument)公司推出的配套圖像采集卡,而采用了價(jià)格更加低廉的SDK2000圖像采集卡來(lái)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),在確保實(shí)驗(yàn)功能齊全、測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確和操作簡(jiǎn)單的基礎(chǔ)上降低了系統(tǒng)的成本,便于設(shè)備的規(guī);a(chǎn)和降低了科研院所的科研預(yù)算,具有很高的推廣性和普及性。 其次,隨著水迷宮實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,一些現(xiàn)有的參數(shù)指標(biāo)已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)康囊?通過(guò)查閱有關(guān)文獻(xiàn),本實(shí)驗(yàn)增加了新的參數(shù)指標(biāo),如折返率,來(lái)更加全面的根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析、評(píng)估動(dòng)物的腦功能。 最后,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,由于Lab VIEW是模塊化的編程語(yǔ)言,本系統(tǒng)更加容易對(duì)軟件進(jìn)行升級(jí)、擴(kuò)展或者與其他實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行連接、合并使用。 總之,本實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備在克服了其他同類(lèi)設(shè)備的不足和缺陷的同時(shí),又有著自己的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì),具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:The water maze image acquisition experiment is a kind of experimental scheme that allows experimental animals to find hidden platform and judge the brain function of animals by analyzing its parameters. It is widely used in medicine and biology. Although there are many design schemes for water maze equipment, compared with other water maze design schemes, this experimental design has its own unique features and advantages. The main work of this paper is as follows:. The experiment equipment is completed on the basis of using the virtual instrument Lab VIEW and laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench, using the universal digital camera, computer, and any image acquisition card. The device is developed on the basis of low cost, which has accurate measurement and complete function. The operation is simple and several new parameters are added according to the need of experiment. First of all, in order to reduce the cost of the experiment, the experimental system abandoned the use of NI National Instrument-based image acquisition card, and adopted a cheaper SDK2000 image acquisition card to design it. On the basis of accurate measurement and simple operation, the cost of the system is reduced, which is convenient for the large-scale production of the equipment and reduces the research budget of the scientific research institute. It has high popularization and popularization. Secondly, with the development of the water maze experimental system, some existing parameters can not meet the requirements of the experiment. To more fully assess the brain function of animals based on the results of the experiment. Finally, with the development of science and technology, because Lab VIEW is a modular programming language, it is easier for the system to upgrade, extend or connect with other experimental equipment. In a word, the experimental equipment not only overcomes the shortcomings and defects of other similar equipments, but also has its own characteristics and advantages, which has certain application value and broad prospect.
