【摘要】：目的 評價新型一次性醫(yī)用引流袋的臨床應(yīng)用效果。 方法 采用隨機(jī)對照研究設(shè)計,選取2011年5月至2011年11月在我院外科住院需要留置引流袋的患者,隨機(jī)分配到試驗組和對照組,試驗組使用新型引流袋,對照組使用傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)用引流袋,每組各103例。通過更換引流袋所需時間、脫管率、外濺率、滲漏率、引流袋接頭處的細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽性率等指標(biāo)評價新型引流袋使用的效果。采用SPSS18.0對所收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果 206例患者,試驗組與對照組各103例年齡、性別、引流部位、文化程度組問比較,P值0.05,無顯著性差異。 1.試驗組更換引流袋時間與對照紕更換引流袋時間比較,試驗組平均更換時間為：87.33+7.38秒,對照組平均更換時間為：127.00+15.06秒,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=-12.956,P0.01) 2.試驗組在更換引流袋時的外濺率與對照組更換引流袋時的外濺率比較,試驗組的外濺率為2.49%,對照組的外濺率為20.40%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=31.71,P0.01) 3.試驗組在使用引流袋過程中引流管與引流袋接口連接處發(fā)生脫管率與對照組在使用引流袋過程中引流管與引流袋接口連接處發(fā)生脫管率比較試驗組的脫管率為0.97%,對照組的脫管率為7.77%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=4.18,P0.05)。 4.試驗組在使用引流袋過程中引流管與引流袋接口連接處發(fā)生滲漏率與對照組在使用引流袋過程中引流管與引流袋接口連接處發(fā)生滲漏率比較,對照組的滲漏率為8.74%,試驗組的滲漏率為1.94%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=4.71,P0.05)。 5.在術(shù)后第一次更換引流袋前(術(shù)后第三天)試驗組患者細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽性率與對照組比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=1.353,P0.05)；在術(shù)后第二次更換引流袋前(術(shù)后第6天)試驗組患者細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽性率與對照組比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=0.51,P0.05)。 結(jié)論 與傳統(tǒng)的引流袋比較,新型醫(yī)用引流袋可縮短更換所需的時間,減少滲漏、外濺、脫管。
[Abstract]:Purpose To evaluate the clinical application effect of a new type of disposable medical drainage bag . method A randomized controlled study was conducted to select the patients who need to retain drainage bag in our hospital from May 2011 to November 2011 . The test group was randomly assigned to the trial group and the control group . The test group used the new drainage bag . The control group used the traditional drainage bag . The control group used the traditional medical drainage bag . The effect of the new drainage bag was evaluated by changing the time required for the drainage bag , the rate of dropping , the rate of bleeding , the rate of leakage , the positive rate of bacterial culture at the junction of the drainage bag , and the like . Results In 206 patients , 103 patients with age , sex , drainage area and culture degree were compared with the control group , and the P value was 0.05 . There was no significant difference . 1 . The time of replacing the drainage bag with the control group was 87.33 + 7.38 seconds , the average change time of the control group was 127.00 + 15.06 seconds , the difference was statistically significant ( t = - 12.956 , P0.01 ) . 2 . Compared with the control group , the splashing rate of the test group was 2.49 % when the drainage bag was replaced and the splatter rate was 20.40 % in the control group ( 蠂2 = 31.71 , P0.01 ) . 3 . When the drainage bag was used in the test group , the rate of deducts between the drainage tube and the drainage bag interface was 0.97 % compared with that of the control group , and the rate of deducts in the control group was 7.77 % and the difference was statistically significant ( 蠂2 = 4.18 , P0.05 ) . 4 . The leakage rate between the drainage tube and the drainage bag interface during the use of the drainage bag was compared with that of the control group , the leakage rate of the control group was 8.74 % , the leakage rate of the test group was 1.94 % , the difference was statistically significant ( 蠂2 = 4.71 , P0.05 ) . 5 . There was no significant difference between the positive rate of bacterial culture and the control group ( 蠂2 = 1.353 , P0.05 ) before the first postoperative replacement of drainage bag ( 蠂2 = 1.353 , P0.05 ) . Conclusion Compared with the traditional drainage bag , the novel medical drainage bag can shorten the time required for replacing , reduce leakage , splash and depipe .
