生物支架用金屬細(xì)徑薄壁管材研究

【摘要】:本文研究了兩種典型生物支架用金屬材料(新型近β型醫(yī)用鈦合金、可生物降解的鎂合金)的細(xì)徑薄壁管材成型及其相關(guān)技術(shù),通過(guò)系統(tǒng)、全面控制管坯軋制及熱處理工藝,確定不同材料的冷、熱加工成形特性,研究不同變形量ε、不同Q值、不同熱處理制度等對(duì)管材組織與性能的影響,確立管坯冷軋生產(chǎn)工藝,,形成兩種合金的高強(qiáng)、優(yōu)質(zhì)管坯制備技術(shù)。并以此為基礎(chǔ),驗(yàn)證及指導(dǎo)后續(xù)細(xì)徑薄壁管材的拉拔加工,確定整套加工工藝的可行性;深入研究并開發(fā)出兩種材料、不同規(guī)格的高質(zhì)量、高精度、不同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的細(xì)徑薄壁管材料制備技術(shù),以及加工工藝的可靠性和成品管材的質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性,最后形成不同強(qiáng)度等級(jí)金屬毛細(xì)管的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)。同時(shí)開展了金屬細(xì)徑薄壁管材內(nèi)外壁拋光技術(shù)及矯直技術(shù)等相關(guān)配套技術(shù)的研究,制備出生物支架用新型近β型醫(yī)用鈦合金、可生物降解的鎂合金高性能金屬細(xì)徑薄壁管材。 實(shí)驗(yàn)最終加工出的兩種不同材料,即新型近β型醫(yī)用鈦合金、可生物降解的鎂合金細(xì)徑薄壁管材外徑為Φ2.0mm,壁厚0.2mm,管材性能優(yōu)良,表面質(zhì)量高,同心度好,適合加工成各類生物支架,如:氣管、膽管、尿路支架、血管內(nèi)支架等。
[Abstract]:In this paper, thin diameter thin-walled tube forming of two kinds of typical biological scaffold metal materials (new near 尾 type medical titanium alloy, biodegradable magnesium alloy) and its related technology are studied. The rolling and heat treatment process of tube billet are controlled comprehensively through the system. To determine the forming characteristics of different materials by cold and hot working, to study the effects of different deformation amount 蔚, different Q value and different heat treatment system on the structure and properties of pipe, and to establish the production process of tube billet cold rolling to form the high strength of two kinds of alloys. High quality tube billet preparation technology. On this basis, verify and guide the subsequent fine diameter thin-walled tube drawing processing, determine the feasibility of the whole processing process, in-depth study and development of two kinds of materials, different specifications of high quality, high precision, The preparation technology of thin wall tube material with different strength grades, the reliability of processing process and the quality stability of finished pipe, Finally, the production technology of metal capillary with different strength grades was formed. At the same time, the related matching technologies, such as polishing technology and straightening technology of metal thin diameter thin-walled tubes, were carried out, and a new type of medical titanium alloy of near 尾 type for biological scaffold was prepared. Biodegradable magnesium alloy thin-diameter thin-walled tube with high performance. Two kinds of different materials, a new type of medical titanium alloy near 尾 type, were produced in the experiment. The biodegradable thin diameter thin wall tube of magnesium alloy was 桅 2.0 mm in outer diameter and 0.2 mm in wall thickness. The tube had excellent properties, high surface quality and good concentricity. Suitable for processing into various biological stents, such as trachea, bile duct, urinary stents, endovascular stents, etc.
