【摘要】：目的:建立內(nèi)標(biāo)法測(cè)定乙交酯丙交酯共聚物(PLGA)中單體殘留量的氣相色譜檢測(cè)方法。方法:采用氣相色譜法進(jìn)行測(cè)定:內(nèi)標(biāo)物為乙酸丁酯;色譜柱為DB-5柱(30 m×0.53 mm,5μm);進(jìn)樣口溫度為250℃;分流比10∶1;載氣為氮?dú)?柱溫為135℃;檢測(cè)器為火焰離子檢測(cè)器(FID),檢測(cè)器溫度為300℃;進(jìn)樣量為3μL。結(jié)果:采用氣相色譜法測(cè)定PLGA中乙交酯與丙交酯的含量,乙交酯與丙交酯的線性范圍分別為17.67~83.30和33.33~266.70μg·mL-1,加標(biāo)回收率分別為99.0%和100.6%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差分別為0.7%和1.0%。結(jié)論:經(jīng)方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證,該法簡(jiǎn)便、快捷、靈敏度高、結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,適用于PLGA中乙交酯與丙交酯的檢測(cè)。
