【摘要】:目的觀察ATP生物熒光法評價醫(yī)療器械清洗效果及影響因素。方法采用ATP生物熒光法,評價醫(yī)療器械清洗效果,同時與目測法作比較。結果按照本研究清洗程序清洗后的240件醫(yī)療器械肉眼裸視法檢測合格率98.8%,放大鏡觀察法檢測合格率82.1%;ATP生物熒光法檢測結果顯示,不同清洗方法、不同存放時間的醫(yī)療器械清洗后所測定的RLU對數(shù)值之間有顯著統(tǒng)計學意義(P≤0.001)。多元線性回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn),ATP熒光法檢測值(RLU)的對數(shù)值與清洗方法、存放時間呈正線性相關(P0.001),回歸模型顯著(F=22.38,P0.001),但校正R2為0.20,擬合優(yōu)度一般。結論該醫(yī)院醫(yī)療器械肉眼裸視法及放大鏡觀察法合格率較高,清洗方法、存放時間可影響醫(yī)療器械清洗效果,ATP熒光檢測法檢測結果與肉眼觀察法差異較大。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the cleaning effect and influencing factors of medical device by ATP biofluorescence method. Methods ATP biofluorescence method was used to evaluate the cleaning effect of medical device. Results according to the cleaning procedure of this study, 240 medical instruments were cleaned by naked eye method, the qualified rate was 98.8, and the qualified rate of magnifying glass observation method was 82.1%. The results of ATP biofluorescence method showed that different cleaning methods were different.
