純鈦超聲工作尖與傳統(tǒng)工作尖對(duì)鈦表面形態(tài)及人牙周膜細(xì)胞黏附強(qiáng)度影響的比較研究

【摘要】:目的比較經(jīng)純鈦超聲工作尖和傳統(tǒng)工作尖刮治后的鈦表面形態(tài)變化以及對(duì)人牙周膜細(xì)胞(Humen periodontal ligament cells,hPDLCs)黏附強(qiáng)度的影響。方法利用純鈦超聲工作尖和傳統(tǒng)工作尖分別對(duì)60個(gè)光滑鈦片進(jìn)行刮治,刮治時(shí)間為10s和30s。隨后將其分為五組:光滑鈦片對(duì)照組(C,12個(gè)),純鈦超聲工作尖刮治1Os組(Ti10,12個(gè)),純鈦超聲工作尖刮治刮治30s組(Ti30,12個(gè)),傳統(tǒng)工作尖刮治10s組(Cv10,12個(gè)),傳統(tǒng)工作尖刮治30s組(Cv30,12個(gè))。刮治后使用掃描電鏡(Scanning electron microscope,SEM)觀察鈦片表面的形態(tài)變化,并用表面粗糙度輪廓儀測(cè)量鈦片表面的粗糙度;將hPDLCs與各組鈦片共培養(yǎng)12h后,利用CCK8(Cell Counting Kit 8)法檢測(cè)細(xì)胞的黏附強(qiáng)度。結(jié)果SEM和表面粗糙度輪廓儀顯示,各組鈦片粗糙度與對(duì)照組相比都顯著增加(P0.05);Ti10組鈦片表面的粗糙度明顯小于Cv10組(P0.05);Ti30組與Cv30組間的鈦片表面粗糙度無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);同種材料,不同處理時(shí)間未造成顯著差異(P0.05);兩種工作尖處理后,不同粗糙度的鈦表面對(duì)hPDLC的黏附強(qiáng)度無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論在短時(shí)間內(nèi)(10s)純鈦超聲工作尖對(duì)鈦表面形態(tài)及粗糙度的改變較傳統(tǒng)工作尖更小,但是延長(zhǎng)工作時(shí)間后(30s),該差異消失。經(jīng)兩種工作尖處理后的鈦片表面對(duì)人牙周膜細(xì)胞的黏附強(qiáng)度差異無(wú)顯著性。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the changes of titanium surface morphology and its effect on the adhesion strength of human periodontal periodontal ligament cells hPDLCsafter curettage of pure titanium working point and traditional working point. Methods the effects of pure titanium ultrasonic working point and traditional working tip on the adhesion strength of human periodontal ligament cells were compared. 60 smooth titanium slices were curetted, The curettage time was 10 s and 30 s. Then it was divided into five groups: smooth titanium slice control group (C, n = 12), pure titanium ultrasonic working tip curettage group (n = 12), pure titanium ultrasonic working tip curettage group (n = 30), curettage group (n = 12), conventional working tip group (n = 10), Cv10 group (n = 12), and ultrasonic curettage group (n = 12). After curettage, scanning electron microscopes (SEM) were used to observe the morphological changes of titanium surface. The surface roughness of titanium sheet was measured by surface roughness profilometer, and the adhesion strength of the cells was measured by CCK8(Cell Counting Kit 8 method after co-culture of hPDLCs and each group of titanium slices for 12 hours. Results SEM and surface roughness profilometer showed that, Compared with the control group, the surface roughness of each group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The surface roughness of the Ti10 group was significantly lower than that of the Cv10 group. There was no significant difference in the surface roughness between the Cv30 group and the Cv30 group. There was no significant difference between different treatment time (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in adhesion strength of titanium surfaces with different roughness to hPDLC. Conclusion the change of surface morphology and roughness of pure titanium working tip is smaller than that of traditional working tip in a short time. However, the difference disappeared after prolonging the working time for 30 s. There was no significant difference in the adhesion strength of the titanium surface treated with two working tips to human periodontal ligament cells.
