新型ALG-g-Lys微膠珠的制備工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了提高海藻酸鈣膠珠的穩(wěn)定性,采用海藻酸鹽的改性材料ALG-g-Lys制備微膠珠,通過(guò)單因素考察結(jié)合正交設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化了ALG-g-Lys微膠珠的制備工藝。優(yōu)化后的制備工藝為:ALG-g-Lys濃度為15g/L,電壓為8.0kV,推進(jìn)速度為30mm/h,針頭型號(hào)為24G,CaCl2濃度為15g/L。優(yōu)化后制得的微膠珠粒徑均勻,球形度好,拖尾率、半球率和小球率小,平均粒徑為253±40μm。該工作提供了一種新型的載體材料替代海藻酸鹽作為凝膠材料,未來(lái)可適用于醫(yī)藥、食品行業(yè)等領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the stability of calcium alginate beads, microgel beads were prepared by ALG-g-Lys, a modified material of alginate. The preparation process of ALG-g-Lys microgel beads was optimized by single factor investigation and orthogonal design. The optimized preparation process was as follows: the concentration of w ALG-g-Lys was 15 g / L, the voltage was 8.0 kV, the propulsion speed was 30 mm / h, and the needle type was 24 g / L with a concentration of 15 g / L. The average particle size is 253 鹵40 渭 m. This work provides a new carrier material instead of alginate as gel material, which can be used in medicine, food industry and other fields in the future.
