葛根素對純鎂微弧氧化植酸涂層表面生長的成骨細胞的影響

【摘要】:目的探討不同濃度的葛根素溶液對純鎂經(jīng)超聲微弧氧化植酸處理后表面生長的成骨細胞的影響,確定最適宜成骨細胞生長的濃度。方法取四組不同濃度組:A組0 mol/L葛根素溶液,B組1×10~(-8)mol/L葛根素溶液,C組1×10~(-6)mol/L葛根素溶液,D組1×10~(-4)mol/L葛根素溶液,通過CCK-8法檢測不同時間點純鎂試件表面生長的成骨細胞的黏附、增殖狀況,激光共聚焦顯微鏡下觀察細胞的早期骨架形態(tài)。結(jié)果純鎂經(jīng)超聲微弧氧化后植酸處理達到封孔效果,成骨細胞附著于試件生長后加入相應(yīng)濃度的葛根素溶液,四組實驗CCK-8黏附、增殖數(shù)據(jù)顯示C組B組A組,A組與D組之間未見統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異,激光共聚焦顯微鏡下顯示C組的細胞形態(tài)效果最好。結(jié)論 1×10~(-6)mol/L葛根素溶液為促進純鎂UMAO植酸涂層表面的成骨細胞生長的最適宜濃度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of different concentrations of puerarin solution on the growth of osteoblasts on the surface of pure magnesium treated by ultrasonic micro-arc oxidation of phytic acid. Methods the optimal concentration of osteoblasts for osteoblast growth was determined. Methods four groups of different concentration groups were taken from 0 mol/L puerarin solution and 1 脳 10 ~ (-8) mol / L puerarin solution in group B and 1 脳 10 ~ (-1) mol 路L ~ (-1) 路L 路L puerarin solution. Group C 1 脳 10 ~ (-6) mol / L puerarin solution and D group 1 脳 10 ~ (-4) mol 路L ~ (-1) puerarin solution. The adhesion and proliferation of osteoblasts grown on the surface of pure magnesium at different time points were detected by CCK-8 method. The morphology of early cytoskeleton was observed under laser confocal microscope. Results the microarc oxidation of pure magnesium with phytic acid could seal the pores and the osteoblasts were attached to the specimen and then added puerarin solution of the corresponding concentration. Four groups of experimental CCK-8 adhesion, proliferation data showed that C group B group A group A group A and D group no statistical difference between the two groups. The effect of laser confocal microscope on cell morphology in group C is the best. Conclusion 1 脳 10 ~ (-1) -6). Mol/L puerarin solution was the most suitable concentration for promoting the growth of osteoblasts on the surface of pure magnesium UMAO phytic acid coating.
