【摘要】：目的建立覆蓋全區(qū)預(yù)防接種單位的冷鏈溫度遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)疫苗冷鏈溫度全程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、預(yù)警處理,消除預(yù)防接種安全隱患。方法各接種單位統(tǒng)一配置醫(yī)用冷藏冰箱,安裝GPRS無(wú)線溫度監(jiān)測(cè)儀,自動(dòng)記錄和實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)冷鏈溫度,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況設(shè)置3種預(yù)警模型并即時(shí)自動(dòng)啟動(dòng),系統(tǒng)能夠通過(guò)短信預(yù)警平臺(tái)向預(yù)設(shè)管理人員發(fā)送報(bào)警短信,實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人值守。結(jié)果冷鏈溫度遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)能夠完成冰箱內(nèi)溫度實(shí)時(shí)采集、數(shù)據(jù)上傳及報(bào)警等功能,使用醫(yī)用冷藏冰箱貯存疫苗,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行更穩(wěn)定,溫度數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確可靠。結(jié)論采用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)對(duì)基層預(yù)防接種單位實(shí)施疫苗冷鏈溫度全程監(jiān)控技術(shù)可靠,監(jiān)管勢(shì)在必行。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a cold chain temperature remote real-time monitoring system covering vaccination units in the whole area, and to realize the whole process of cold chain temperature monitoring and early warning. Methods all inoculation units were equipped with medical refrigerated refrigerator, GPRS wireless temperature monitor was installed, and cold chain temperature was automatically recorded and monitored in real time. According to the actual situation, three warning models are set up and started automatically. The system can send alarm message to the preset manager through the short message warning platform. Results the cold chain temperature remote real-time monitoring system can complete the temperature real-time collection, data upload and alarm functions in the refrigerator, the use of medical refrigerated refrigerator to store vaccines, the system runs more stable. Conclusion it is necessary to use Internet of things technology to monitor the whole process of cold chain temperature of vaccination units.
