　　炎癥性腸�。↖BD）是一種反復(fù)發(fā)作的慢性非特異性腸道炎癥性疾病。由于IBD導(dǎo)致患者營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況下降、免疫功能紊亂以及治療需應(yīng)用激素、免疫抑制劑,因此,IBD患者是機(jī)會(huì)性感染的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)人群。EB（Epstein-Barr）病毒作為一種機(jī)會(huì)致病病毒,在IBD患者中較為常見(jiàn)。EB病毒感染可導(dǎo)致IBD患者病情進(jìn)展迅速、對(duì)常規(guī)藥物治療反應(yīng)差,并誘發(fā)可能與EB病毒相關(guān)的淋巴組織增殖性疾病。本文從IBD患者合并EB病毒感染的流行病學(xué)、危險(xiǎn)因素、診斷、治療策略等方面進(jìn)行分析論述。
