【摘要】：正商洛市位于陜西省東南部,轄6縣1區(qū),人口234萬(wàn)~([1])。1949-2010年累計(jì)發(fā)現(xiàn)麻風(fēng)患者610例,2010年底,僅有現(xiàn)癥患者12例~([2]),已"實(shí)現(xiàn)基本消滅麻風(fēng)病的目標(biāo)(患病率≤1/10萬(wàn))"~([3]),為了探索新的歷史條件下麻風(fēng)病患者的早期診斷相關(guān)因素,筆者對(duì)2008-2012年我院收治的商洛市新發(fā)現(xiàn)9例麻風(fēng)病患者進(jìn)行臨床分析,了解麻風(fēng)病誤診原因,盡可能做到早診
