【摘要】：正患者男,18歲。因面部多發(fā)紫紅色斑疹4個(gè)月,于2013年10月25日來天津市中醫(yī)藥研究院附屬醫(yī)院皮膚科就診。患者4個(gè)月前,曝曬后于額部出現(xiàn)綠豆大紅色丘疹,后丘疹逐漸擴(kuò)大,并蔓延至面部其他部位,皮疹紫紅色,邊緣色淺略隆起,中心稍萎縮,無明顯不適。曾在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,診斷為真菌感染,予外用藥物治療(具體用藥不洋),未見明顯療效。體格檢查:一般情況良好,各系統(tǒng)檢查無異常。皮

[Abstract]:The positive patient is 18 years old. Due to multiple purplish red rash for 4 months, he came to the Department of Dermatology, affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine on October 25, 2013. Four months ago, mung bean red papules appeared in the forehead after exposure, and then the papules gradually expanded and spread to other parts of the face. The rash was purplish red, the edge color was slightly bulging, the center was slightly atrophied, and there was no obvious discomfort. Once in the local hospital, diagnosed as fungal infection, treated with external drugs (specific use of drugs), no obvious curative effect.
