【摘要】：目的對比普瑞巴林治療帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛65例療效進行觀察。方法隨機選擇從2016年10月至2017年10月來我院進行治療的65例帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛患者,65例患者自愿參加本研究活動。將65例患者分為兩組,一組為觀察組,另一組為對照組,觀察組患者30例,對照組患者35例。給觀察組患者服用普瑞巴林75-150 mg,每天服用兩次治療帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛;給對照組患者進行其他有關(guān)藥物的服用,每日2-4次口服治療帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛。采用視覺模擬評分(VAS)對兩組患者治療前后疼痛程度的對比,觀察周期為2個月。結(jié)果經(jīng)過為期兩個月的治療,兩組患者經(jīng)過不同方案的治療,帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛顯有成效,但是觀察組的成效高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論普瑞巴林治療帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛出現(xiàn)了非常好的臨床效果,提高了患者的睡眠質(zhì)量,改善了心理疾病,為以后我國醫(yī)學界治療帶狀皰疹后神經(jīng)痛的研究提供了科學的數(shù)據(jù)[1]。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy of pripramine in the treatment of 65 cases of postherpetic neuropain.
