【摘要】：目的探討卡介菌多糖核酸聯(lián)合特異性脫敏治療對特應性皮炎患者IL-2與IL-4表達的影響。方法選擇35例特應性皮炎患者作為治療組,同時選擇32名本單位健康職工作為正常對照組。治療組患者應用卡介菌多糖核酸治療共半年,同時采用阿羅格行脫敏治療并持續(xù)至1年,采用放射免疫法測定對照組人群和治療前后患者血清總IgE,IL-2和IL-4水平。結(jié)果特應性皮炎患者治療前血清IL-4水平(5.11±1.47)μg/L和IgE水平(8.93±3.15)U/mL明顯高于正常對照組(3.32±1.08)μg/L和(1.66±1.56)U/mL(P0.01),治療前患者IL-2水平(2.16±0.97)μg/L明顯低于對照組(5.60±1.49)μg/L,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01);治療1年后血清IL-2水平(4.51±1.76)μg/L較治療前顯著升高,而治療后IL-4和IgE水平(3.32±1.08)μg/L和(4.62±2.15)U/mL較之治療前明顯降低,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。相關(guān)性分析表明,血清IL-2水平與SCORAD得分呈顯著負相關(guān)(P0.01);而血清IL-4水平與SCORAD得分呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論卡介菌多糖核酸聯(lián)合特異性脫敏可通過調(diào)控Th1/Th2細胞因子之間的平衡用以治療特應性皮炎患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid combined with specific desensitization on the expression of IL-2 and IL-4 in patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods 35 patients with atopic dermatitis were selected as treatment group and 32 healthy workers as normal control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid for half a year, and Arrog was desensitized for 1 year. The serum total IgE,IL-2 and IL-4 levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in the control group and before and after treatment.
