【摘要】：報道2例麻風。例1女,23歲。面部、雙上肢反復紅斑、結(jié)節(jié)伴眉毛脫落2個月。例2男,53歲。全身紅斑、結(jié)節(jié)、丘疹伴疼痛、發(fā)熱20天。皮損組織病理均示:表皮輕度萎縮,真皮內(nèi)見由泡沫樣組織細胞構(gòu)成的結(jié)節(jié)狀浸潤,與表皮間有無浸潤帶。診斷:麻風。
[Abstract]:Two cases of leprosy are reported. Example 1 female, 23 years old. Face, double upper limb repeated erythema, nodular with eyebrow shedding for 2 months. Example 2 male, 53 years old. Systemic erythema, nodules, papules with pain, fever for 20 days. The pathological changes of the lesions showed that the epidermis atrophied slightly, and nodular infiltration composed of foam-like tissue cells was found in the dermis, and there was no infiltration zone between the epidermis and the epidermis. Diagnosis: leprosy.
