【摘要】：正患者女,25歲。因左小腿淡黃色斑塊3年于2012年9月9日來(lái)我院就診�；颊�3年前左踝、左脛前外傷后出現(xiàn)兩塊淡黃色斑塊,漸增大。2個(gè)月前左小腿新增3顆粟粒大淡黃色丘疹。既往體健。體格檢查:一般情況良好,系統(tǒng)檢查未見(jiàn)明顯異常。骨髓穿刺結(jié)果未見(jiàn)明顯異常。皮膚科檢查:左小腿見(jiàn)粟粒至甲蓋大淡黃色丘疹、斑塊,界清,表面光滑,左踝伸側(cè)皮損略呈暗紫紅色(圖1A)。取脛前皮損行組織病理檢查:表皮
[Abstract]:The positive patient is 25 years old. Because of the yellowish plaques of the left calf, he came to our hospital on September 9, 2012. Three years ago, two pale yellow plaques appeared in the left malleolus and left anterior tibia trauma, and gradually increased. Three millet yellow papules were added to the left leg 2 months ago. I used to be in good health. Physical examination: the general condition is good, and there is no obvious abnormality in the systematic examination. There was no obvious abnormality in the results of bone marrow puncture. Dermatological examination: large yellowish papules from millet to nail cap, plaques, clear boundary, smooth surface, slightly dark purplish red skin lesions on the extensor side of the left malleolus (Fig. 1A).
