【摘要】：目的探討垂體瘤轉(zhuǎn)化基因(PTTG1)基因多態(tài)性rs2431697與漢族人尋常型銀屑病臨床表型(有無家族史、發(fā)病年齡、皮損類型)的相關(guān)性。方法選取5 468例銀屑病患者和6 406例正常對照的PTTG1基因多態(tài)性rs2431697的基因分型資料(基因分型采用Illumina 610芯片)。比較各組間等位基因和基因型頻率的分布。結(jié)果 rs2431697等位基因和基因型頻率分布在病例組和對照組間差異有顯著性(P1.0×10-3);有、無家族史患者間等位基因頻率分布差異有顯著性(P=0.02),而基因型頻率分布差異無顯著性;在少兒發(fā)病患者和成人發(fā)病患者,慢性斑塊型患者和急性點滴型患者之間差異無顯著性。結(jié)論 PTTG1基因多態(tài)性rs2431697與漢族人尋常型銀屑病易感性有關(guān),特別是與家族性銀屑病相關(guān)性更為明顯,但與發(fā)病年齡、皮損類型可能無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between pituitary adenoma transforming gene (PTTG1) gene polymorphism rs2431697 and clinical phenotype (family history, age of onset, skin lesion type) of psoriasis vulgaris in Han nationality. Methods the genotyping data of PTTG1 gene polymorphism rs2431697 from 5468 psoriatic patients and 6406 normal controls were selected (Illumina 610 chip). The distribution of allelic and genotypic frequencies in each group was compared.
