【摘要】：正淺表脂肪瘤樣痣(nevus lipomat08us cutaneous supedicialis,NLCS)是一種罕見的皮膚脂肪組織錯(cuò)構(gòu)瘤。臨床上可分為多發(fā)型和單發(fā)型,其中以單發(fā)型較少見,現(xiàn)將我科診治的2例報(bào)告如下。1病例資料例1.男,30歲。左腰部一膚色贅生物16年,近2年逐漸增大,無自覺癥狀,于2012年11月17日至我院就診�；颊�14歲時(shí)左腰部無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)一綠豆大贅生物,無明顯癢痛,至當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,考慮"軟纖維瘤",未予處理。近2年來皮疹逐漸增大。皮膚科檢查:左腰部一1.3 cm×0.8 cm×1.0 em膚色贅生物,呈息肉狀,表面有腦回,基底有蒂(圖1A),質(zhì)軟。臨床診斷:皮贅(軟纖維瘤)。
[Abstract]:Superficial lipomatoid nevi (nevus lipomat08us cutaneous supedicialis,NLCS) is a rare skin adipose tissue hamartoma. Clinically, it can be divided into multiple type and single type, among which single type is rare. 2 cases diagnosed and treated in our department are reported as follows. 1 case data 1. Male, 30 years old. For 16 years, a skin color vegetation in the left waist gradually increased in the past 2 years, without conscious symptoms, and was admitted to our hospital on November 17, 2012. At the age of 14, there was no obvious inducement in the left waist of the patient to appear a mung bean vegetation and no obvious itching pain. He went to the local hospital and considered "soft fibroma" and was not treated. The rash has gradually increased in the past 2 years. Dermatological examination: the left waist was 1. 3 cm 脳 0. 8 cm 脳 1. 0 em, polypoid, with gyrus on the surface, pedicled on the base (Fig. 1A), and soft. Clinical diagnosis: dermatophyte (soft fibroma).
