【摘要】：目的運(yùn)用22MHz高頻超聲對銀屑病指甲改變進(jìn)行觀測并分析。方法收集江蘇省中醫(yī)院皮膚科合并有指甲改變的銀屑病患者80例,分別用皮膚鏡和高頻超聲對指甲進(jìn)行觀察,并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果皮膚鏡對銀屑病甲的檢出率為60.50%,高頻超聲為63.25%,兩種方法差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對于甲板增厚及甲角化過度方面,兩者的檢出率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),而對于甲營養(yǎng)不良和銀屑病浸潤方面,高頻超聲的檢出率高于皮膚鏡(P0.05)。同時高頻超聲具有高分辨率等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。結(jié)論高頻超聲對于銀屑病甲的診斷有重要價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the changes of psoriatic nails by 22MHz high frequency ultrasound. Methods 80 patients with psoriasis complicated with nail changes in dermatology department of Jiangsu traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were observed by dermatoscopy and high frequency ultrasound respectively and analyzed statistically. Results the detection rate of psoriasis A by dermatoscopy was 60.50% and that by high frequency ultrasound was 63.25%. There was no significant difference between the two methods (P 0.05). For deck thickening and hyperkeratosis, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), but for nail dystrophy and psoriatic infiltration, the detection rate of high frequency ultrasound was higher than that of dermatoscopy (P 0.05). At the same time, high frequency ultrasound has the advantages of high resolution. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound is of great value in the diagnosis of psoriatic nail.
