308nm準(zhǔn)分子激光治療207例穩(wěn)定期白癜風(fēng)的療效及影響因素

【摘要】:目的:分析308 nm準(zhǔn)分子激光治療穩(wěn)定期白癜風(fēng)的療效,并評估影響其療效的因素。方法:207例穩(wěn)定期白癜風(fēng)患者的1 763片皮損經(jīng)308 nm準(zhǔn)分子激光治療后,分析其療效及安全性,然后按性別、年齡、病程、皮損部位及皮損處毛發(fā)顏色進行亞組分類,分析影響308 nm準(zhǔn)分子激光療效的關(guān)鍵因素。結(jié)果:經(jīng)308 nm準(zhǔn)分子激光治療后,560片(31.8%)皮損痊愈,650片(36.9%)復(fù)色75%~99%,189片(10.7%)復(fù)色50%~75%,231片(13.1%)復(fù)色25%~49%,108片(6.1%)復(fù)色1%~24%,25片(1.4%)無復(fù)色。18歲患者的總顯效率明顯高于≥18歲患者的(86.9%vs 63.4%,P0.001);病程2年患者的總顯效率明顯高于病程≥2年患者的(90.6%vs 40.7%,P0.001)。面頸部皮損的總顯效率為95.4%,明顯高于軀干(70.3%)和四肢(41.7%)的(P0.001)。皮損伴毛發(fā)變白的總顯效率低于皮損不伴毛發(fā)變白患者的(54.9%vs 84.5%,P0.001)。不同性別白癜風(fēng)患者的總顯效率差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:308 nm準(zhǔn)分子激光治療白癜風(fēng)療效好,安全性高。年齡、病程、皮損部位、皮損毛色是影響308 nm準(zhǔn)分子激光療效的重要因素。
