【摘要】：目的:研究中國漢族青年男性頭發(fā)正常分布的特點(diǎn)。方法:對500例健康青年男性志愿者的頭皮毛發(fā)主要解剖標(biāo)記部位進(jìn)行測量定位,并分析頭皮不同區(qū)域的毛發(fā)密度、毛囊單位密度及毛囊單位結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果:500例男性平均年齡(19.74±2.01)歲,前發(fā)際線類型主要以直線型為主(占53.04%),頭皮各解剖部位毛發(fā)密度有明顯差異,頂部密度最高[(175.98±15.25)根/cm2];前發(fā)際線及顳前區(qū)主要以1根毛發(fā)的毛囊單位為主(分別為75.92%及76.76%),頂部及枕部則以2根毛發(fā)的毛囊單位為主(67.45%及60.59%),≥3根毛發(fā)的毛囊單位較為罕見(10%)。結(jié)論:中國漢族青年男性頭發(fā)密度低于白種人及黑種人,毛囊構(gòu)成也存在差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the normal distribution of hair in young Chinese Han men. Methods: the main anatomical markers of scalp hair in 500 healthy young male volunteers were measured and located, and the hair density, hair follicle unit density and hair follicle unit structure in different areas of scalp were analyzed.
