【摘要】：目的：了解帶狀皰疹相關(guān)性疼痛患者的心理健康狀況,為臨床心理診斷及心理干預(yù)提供參考依據(jù)。方法：采用抑郁自評量表(SDS)、視覺模擬評分(VAS)及疼痛時長等一般情況對26例帶狀皰疹相關(guān)性疼痛患者治療前后進行調(diào)查,采取t檢驗、spearman秩相關(guān)等統(tǒng)計方法,運用SPSS17.0軟件包進行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果：帶狀皰疹相關(guān)性疼痛患者在治療前評估抑郁程度明顯高于治療后,結(jié)果具有差異性(p0.01),帶狀皰疹相關(guān)性疼痛患者治療前后的抑郁程度與疼痛時長明顯相關(guān)(p0.01)。結(jié)論：針對帶狀皰疹相關(guān)性疼痛患者的治療需采用包括心理治療在內(nèi)的多種方法聯(lián)合治療,以達到對帶狀皰疹相關(guān)性疼痛更為安全有效的綜合治療目標。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the mental health status of patients with herpes zoster-associated pain and provide reference for clinical psychological diagnosis and psychological intervention. Methods: 26 patients with herpes zoster-associated pain before and after treatment were investigated by self-rating depression scale-(SDS), visual analogue score (VAS) and duration of pain. T-test, spearman rank correlation and other statistical methods were used. SPSS17.0 software package was used for statistical analysis of data. Results: the degree of depression in patients with herpes zoster-associated pain before treatment was significantly higher than that after treatment, and the results were significantly different (p0.01). The degree of depression in patients with herpes zoster-associated pain before and after treatment was significantly correlated with the duration of pain (p0.01). Conclusion: treatment of herpes zoster-associated pain should be combined with psychotherapy in order to achieve the goal of more safe and effective treatment for herpes zoster-associated pain.
