【摘要】：目的:了解川渝地區(qū)皮膚科醫(yī)師在實踐中對各型斑禿治療的不同觀點,為規(guī)范斑禿的管理治療提供依據(jù)。方法:采用現(xiàn)場調(diào)研和信件郵寄結(jié)合的方式,對2012年和2013年川渝地區(qū)醫(yī)學(xué)會注冊的皮膚科醫(yī)師進(jìn)行匿名問卷調(diào)查。采用SPSS18.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,組間比較采用卡方檢驗或者Fisher精確概率法。結(jié)果:共有212例皮膚科醫(yī)師有效完成問卷調(diào)查。研究顯示:不論兒童斑禿還是成人斑禿,皮膚科醫(yī)師推薦斑禿患者治療的等級隨疾病嚴(yán)重程度的增加而增加。與兒童斑禿相比,成人單灶性斑禿和多灶性斑禿推薦治療等級均高于兒童。皮膚科醫(yī)師最常推薦治療斑禿的方法包括口服復(fù)方甘草酸苷、局部外用糖皮質(zhì)激素和米諾地爾、皮損內(nèi)注射糖皮質(zhì)激素。結(jié)論:皮膚科醫(yī)師對兒童和成人斑禿以及不同嚴(yán)重程度斑禿的治療觀點不完全一致,皮膚科醫(yī)師在工作中應(yīng)將斑禿按年齡進(jìn)行分類管理,并按疾病的嚴(yán)重程度分級管理。
[Abstract]:Aim: to understand the different views of dermatologists in Sichuan and Chongqing areas on the treatment of alopecia areata in practice, and to provide evidence for regulating the management and treatment of alopecia areata. Methods: an anonymous questionnaire was conducted among dermatologists registered by Sichuan-Chongqing Medical Association in 2012 and 2013 by means of on-the-spot investigation and mail. SPSS18.0 software was used for statistical analysis and chi-square test or Fisher exact probability method was used for comparison between groups. Results: a total of 212 dermatologists effectively completed the questionnaire survey. Studies have shown that dermatologists recommend alopecia areata patients with alopecia areata as the severity of the disease increases, regardless of whether they are children with alopecia areata or adult alopecia areata. Compared with children with alopecia areata, the recommended treatment grades of adult and multifocal alopecia areata are higher than those of children. The most recommended treatments for alopecia areata include oral administration of compound glycyrrhizin, topical use of corticosteroids and minodil, and intracorporeal injection of glucocorticoids. Conclusion: dermatologists have different views on the treatment of alopecia areata in children and adults. Dermatologists should classify alopecia areata according to age and grade management according to the severity of disease in their work.
