【摘要】：玫瑰痤瘡是一種常見的慢性復(fù)發(fā)性感染性皮膚疾病,可伴有血管功能障礙。關(guān)于微生物在玫瑰痤瘡發(fā)病機(jī)制中的作用,目前尚有較多爭議。本文綜述了目前報(bào)道的與玫瑰痤瘡發(fā)病可能相關(guān)的六種微生物:毛囊蠕形螨、Oleronius桿菌、幽門螺旋桿菌、表皮葡萄球菌、痤瘡丙酸桿菌和肺炎衣原體,并從皮膚微生物屏障角度分析可能的致病機(jī)理。表明:微生物的參與和玫瑰痤瘡炎癥反應(yīng)密切相關(guān),尤其在個別亞型的發(fā)病中具有重要意義,它們也是疾病誘發(fā)或加重的重要因素之一。
[Abstract]:Rosacea is a common chronic recurrent infectious skin disease with vascular dysfunction. There is still much controversy about the role of microorganisms in the pathogenesis of rosacea. This article reviews the six microorganisms reported to be related to the pathogenesis of acne rosacea: Demodex folliculae, Oleronius, Helicobacter pylori, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Propionibacterium acnes and Chlamydia pneumoniae, The possible pathogenic mechanism was analyzed from the point of view of skin microbial barrier. The results show that the participation of microorganisms is closely related to rosacea inflammatory response, especially in the pathogenesis of individual subtypes, and they are also one of the important factors of disease inducing or aggravating.
