【摘要】：患者女,18歲。頸部、腋窩、腹股溝皮膚肥厚、色素沉著8年,頸部皮膚色素沉著表面白色斑片2年。皮膚科情況:頸部、腋窩、腹股溝皮膚肥厚、色素沉著,呈絨毛樣增生。頸部皮膚色素沉著表面見約4.5cm×3.0cm大小的色素脫失斑,周邊見色素沉著暈。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:空腹和餐后2h血胰島素水平分別為38.59μIU/mL(正常值2.0~30.5μIU/mL)和136μIU/mL(正常值11.5~99.65μIU/mL)。血睪酮水平113.5ng/dL(正常值10.0~75.0ng/dL)。3T功能:血清促甲狀腺激素(TSH)100μIU/mL(正常值0.34~5.60μIU/mL),FT3 2.9pmol/L(正常值3.8~6.0pmol/L),FT4 2.8pmol/L(正常值7.9~14.4pmol/L)。診斷:HAIR-AN綜合征、白癜風(fēng)、甲狀腺功能減退并發(fā)。
[Abstract]:The patient was 18 years old. Cervical, axillary, inguinal skin hypertrophy, pigmentation 8 years, cervical skin pigmentation surface white spot for 2 years. Dermatology: cervical, axillary, inguinal skin hypertrophy, pigmentation, villous hyperplasia. The pigmentation surface of the neck was about the size of 4.5cm 脳 3.0cm and the pigmentation halo was seen around it. Laboratory examination: fasting and postprandial insulin levels were 38.59 渭 IU/mL (normal 2.0 鹵30.5 渭 IU/mL) and 136 渭 IU/mL (11.5 鹵99.65 渭 IU/mL), respectively. Serum testosterone level 113.5ng/dL (normal 10.0~75.0ng/dL). 3T function: serum thyrotropin (TSH) 100 渭 IU/mL (normal value 0.34 鹵5.60 渭 IU/mL), FT3 2.9pmol/L (normal 3.8~6.0pmol/L), FT4 2.8pmol/L (normal 7.9~14.4pmol/L). Diagnosis: HAIR-AN syndrome, vitiligo, hypothyroidism.
