【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評價復(fù)方甘草酸苷聯(lián)合窄譜UVB治療玫瑰糠疹的療效及安全性。方法:利用計算機(jī)檢索Pubmed、Cochrane library、Em BASE資源庫、中國知網(wǎng)、維普資源平臺、萬方數(shù)據(jù)平臺中有關(guān)復(fù)方甘草酸苷聯(lián)合窄譜UVB治療玫瑰糠疹療效和安全性的文獻(xiàn),檢索時間是數(shù)據(jù)平臺創(chuàng)建日~2016年4月。運用Revman5.3統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件對納入文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入文獻(xiàn)10篇,納入患者總數(shù)為803例。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,兩組有效率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[OR(95%CI)=8.40(4.39,16.09),P0.01];兩組瘙癢緩解率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[OR(95%CI)=6.56(3.19,13.50),P0.01];兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[OR(95%CI)=1.02(0.61,1.73),P=0.93]。亞組分析顯示:口服有效率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[OR(95%CI)=9.10(3.24,25.56),P0.01];靜脈有效率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義[OR(95%CI)=7.98(3.46,18.39),P0.01]。結(jié)論:與單純窄譜UVB治療相比,復(fù)方甘草酸苷聯(lián)合窄譜UVB治療玫瑰糠疹的有效率及瘙癢緩解率更高,無嚴(yán)重的不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin combined with narrow band UVB in the treatment of pityriasis roseus. Methods: the literatures on the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin combined with narrow spectrum UVB in treating pityriasis roseus were searched by computer in Pubmed,Cochrane library,Em BASE resource bank, China Zhiwang, Weipu resource platform and Wanfang data platform. The retrieval time is from the date of creation of the data platform to April 2016. Revman5.3 statistical software was used to analyze the included literature by Meta. Results: 10 articles were included and 803 patients were included. The results of Meta analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in effective rate [OR (95%CI) = 8.40 (4.39 鹵16.09), P0.01]; There was significant difference in the relief rate of pruritus between the two groups [OR (95%CI) = 6.56 (3.19 ~ 13.50), P0.01]. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups [OR (95%CI) = 1. 02 (0. 61 鹵1. 73), P < 0. 93]. Subgroup analysis showed that there was significant difference in oral response rate (OR (95%CI) = 9.10 (3.240.56), P0.01). The venous response rate was significantly different [OR (95%CI) = 7.98 (3.46 ~ 18.39), P0.01]. Conclusion: compared with narrow spectrum UVB, compound glycyrrhizin combined with narrow spectrum UVB is more effective and can relieve pruritus in patients with pityriasis roseus.
