【摘要】：正1病歷摘要患者男,29歲。陰莖包皮、龜頭出現(xiàn)黑斑5年,于2012年12月25日來(lái)我院皮膚科就診�；颊�5年前無(wú)明顯誘因于陰莖包皮及龜頭處各出現(xiàn)一塊黑斑,無(wú)疼痛及瘙癢等不適,皮損邊界清楚,并以冠狀溝為界分為大小、形態(tài)相似的兩塊黑斑,出現(xiàn)至今大小、顏色、數(shù)量無(wú)變化,也未用藥治療。體格檢查:一般情況可,系統(tǒng)檢查無(wú)異常。皮膚科檢查:陰莖龜頭處可見(jiàn)一約2.0 cm×1.7 cm黑斑,包皮內(nèi)板近冠狀溝處可見(jiàn)一約2.5 cm×2.0 cm黑斑,黑斑與周圍組織分界清楚,局部皮膚無(wú)破潰、紅腫及分泌物(圖1A)。皮損組織病理檢查:(陰莖)表皮內(nèi)基底層可見(jiàn)數(shù)個(gè)痣細(xì)胞,大部分痣細(xì)胞團(tuán)進(jìn)入真皮內(nèi),形成真
[Abstract]:Male, 29 years old. Penis foreskin, tortoise black spots for 5 years, December 25, 2012 to our hospital dermatology. Five years ago, the patient had no obvious inducement to appear a black spot in the prepuce of the penis and the head of the tortoise. There was no discomfort, such as pain and itching. The boundary of the lesion was clear, and the lesion was divided into two black spots of similar size and shape by the coronal sulcus, which appeared so far in size and color. There was no change in quantity and no medication. Physical examination: general conditions can, no abnormal system examination. Dermatology examination: there is a 2. 0 cm 脳 1. 7 cm black spot in the penis glans' head and a 2. 5 cm 脳 2. 0 cm black spot in the inside plate of the prepuce near the coronal sulcus. The black spot is clearly separated from the surrounding tissue, and the local skin is not broken. Redness, swelling and secretion (Fig. 1A). Histopathological examination of the lesions: several nevus cells were found in the basal layer of the epidermis, and most nevus cells entered the dermis to form the true nevus cells.
