【摘要】：目的研究辣椒素受體(TRPV1)在皮膚淀粉樣變皮損中的表達(dá),探討其在皮膚淀粉樣變疾病中的作用。方法選取22例皮膚淀粉樣變皮損及16例正常皮膚組織,用半定量RT-PCR和免疫組化的方法研究皮損中辣椒素受體的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果皮膚淀粉樣變皮損中TRPV1的基因表達(dá)水平顯著高于正常皮膚(P0.05),免疫組化研究顯示TRPV1在正常皮膚、皮膚淀粉樣變的表皮角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞、附屬器(毛囊、皮脂腺和汗腺)及血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞均存在表達(dá);TRPV1在皮膚淀粉樣變皮損的表達(dá)高于正常皮膚(P0.05)。結(jié)論 TRPV1在皮膚淀粉樣變中的表達(dá)高于正常皮膚,提示其在皮膚淀粉樣變致瘙癢的發(fā)生及發(fā)展中可能起著一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of capsaicin receptor (TRPV1) in skin amyloidosis and its role in cutaneous amyloidosis. Methods 22 cases of skin amyloid lesions and 16 cases of normal skin tissues were selected to study the expression of capsaicin receptor by semi-quantitative RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results the expression level of TRPV1 gene in skin amyloidosis lesions was significantly higher than that in normal skin (P0.05). Immunohistochemical study showed that TRPV1 was found in normal skin, epidermal keratinocytes with amyloidosis, and epidermal keratinocytes (hair follicles). Sebaceous gland and sweat gland) and vascular endothelial cells were expressed. The expression of TRPV1 in skin amyloidosis was higher than that in normal skin (P0.05). Conclusion the expression of TRPV1 in skin amyloidosis is higher than that in normal skin, suggesting that TRPV1 may play a role in the occurrence and development of skin amyloidosis induced pruritus.
