【摘要】：正患者,男,65歲,因間斷發(fā)熱,伴四肢關(guān)節(jié)酸痛、紅斑半年余,于2013年6月24日入院。既往無特殊病史,無藥物過敏史�；颊咦�2012年11月開始受涼后出現(xiàn)間斷性發(fā)熱,體溫在39.5℃左右,有畏寒、寒戰(zhàn),發(fā)熱時伴四肢關(guān)節(jié)酸痛明顯,胸背部及上肢出現(xiàn)紅斑,伴疼痛,無皮膚瘙癢,熱退后皮疹消退,無咳嗽、咳痰,起病早期在無錫市某綜合醫(yī)院住院治療,經(jīng)各科討論未明確診斷,但排除類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎,予抗感染治療后體溫正常,紅斑消退,關(guān)節(jié)酸痛好
