【摘要】：正尖銳濕疣(CA)是人類乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)感染所致的一種性傳播疾病,臨床治療易復(fù)發(fā),給患者身體和心理上造成極大影響,目前尚無有效預(yù)防復(fù)發(fā)的手段。近年來筆者采用中藥疏肝益氣解毒方口服預(yù)防尖銳濕疣復(fù)發(fā)取得較好療效,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。1臨床資料1.1一般資料67例均來自本科門診患者。隨機(jī)分為治療組34例,男22,女12例,平均年齡(26.21±3.69)歲;病程7d~12個(gè)月,平均(2.66±1.24)個(gè)月。對(duì)照組33例,男20例,女13例,平均年齡(25.87±2.57)歲;病程7d~12個(gè)月,平均(2.12±3.32)個(gè)月。兩組患者在發(fā)病年齡、性別、病程差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),具有可比性。
[Abstract]:Condyloma acuminatum (CA) is a sexually transmitted disease caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. In recent years, the author used traditional Chinese medicine Shugan Yiqi jiedu prescription to prevent condyloma acuminatum recurrence by oral administration. The results are as follows: 1 Clinical data 1.1 General data 67 cases all come from outpatient department of undergraduate course. 34 cases (male 22, female 12) were randomly divided into treatment group (mean age (26.21 鹵3.69) years), course of disease (mean (2.66 鹵1.24) months) from 7 days to 12 months. In the control group, 33 cases (male 20, female 13) had an average age of (25.87 鹵2.57) years, and the course of disease ranged from 7 days to 12 months (mean (2.12 鹵3.32) months). There was no significant difference in age, sex and course of disease between the two groups (P0.05).
