【摘要】：點狀角皮癥1家系4代共34人,患者6人,其中男3例,女3例,屬常染色體顯性遺傳。先證者女,漢族,59歲,農(nóng)民,34年前開始出現(xiàn)雙手掌及雙足跖半透明、角化性丘疹,質(zhì)硬。皮損數(shù)目逐年增多,部分丘疹相互融合,尤以雙足跖部為著。
[Abstract]:There were 34 patients in 4 generations of 1 pedigree, including 3 males and 3 females, belonging to autosomal dominant inheritance. Proband female, Han nationality, 59 years old, farmers, 34 years ago began to appear in both palms and feet of translucent, keratous papules, hard. The number of lesions increased year by year, and some papules fused with each other, especially in the bipedal region.
