【摘要】： 目的：檢測尋常型銀屑病皮損中血管生成素-2(Angiopoietin-2, Ang-2)與血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表達情況,分析兩者在尋常型銀屑病皮損中與正常人皮膚組織中表達水平的差異及兩者在尋常型銀屑病皮損中表達的相關(guān)性,探討兩者在尋常型銀屑病發(fā)病中的作用。 方法：用免疫組化方法檢測30例尋常型銀屑病皮損及30例正常皮膚組織中Ang-2與VEGF的表達。通過測定IOD值(Integral optical density, IOD)對染色結(jié)果進行分析。 結(jié)果：①VEGF表達主要定位于表皮全層的角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞及真皮淺層血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞胞漿。②VEGF在尋常型銀屑病組皮損中均有表達,而在正常皮膚組織幾乎無表達,尋常型銀屑病組與正常皮膚組之間差異性有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001)。③Ang-2表達主要定位于真皮淺層血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞細(xì)胞漿和(或)細(xì)胞膜。④Ang-2在尋常型銀屑病組皮損中均有表達,而在正常皮膚組織幾乎無表達,尋常型銀屑病組與正常皮膚組之間差異性有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001)。⑤Ang-2和VEGF在尋常型銀屑病患者同一皮損中的表達呈正相關(guān)(r=0.45,P0.05)。 結(jié)論：①VEGF在尋常型銀屑病皮損中呈高表達而正常人皮膚組織中幾乎無表達,其高表達與尋常型銀屑病的血管新生密切相關(guān)。②Ang-2在尋常型銀屑病皮損中呈高表達而正常人皮膚組織中幾乎無表達,其在尋常型銀屑病皮損中的高表達與尋常型銀屑病的血管新生密切相關(guān)。③Ang-2與VEGF在尋常型銀屑病皮損中的表達呈正相關(guān)。兩者可能以協(xié)同的方式共同促進尋常型銀屑病皮損處新生血管的形成,在尋常型銀屑病的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the expression of angiopoietin 2 (Angiopoietin-2, Ang-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF) in psoriatic lesions. To analyze the difference of expression level between psoriasis vulgaris and normal skin tissue, and the correlation between them in psoriasis vulgaris, and to explore the role of them in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Ang-2 and VEGF in 30 cases of psoriasis vulgaris and 30 cases of normal skin. The staining results were analyzed by IOD (Integral optical density, IOD). Results: the expression of 1VEGF was mainly located in the cytoplasm of keratinocytes and dermis superficial vascular endothelial cells in the whole epidermis. The expression of 2VEGF was found in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris, but hardly in normal skin. There was significant difference between psoriasis vulgaris group and normal skin group (P0. 001). The expression of 3Ang-2 was mainly located in the cytoplasm and / or cell membrane of dermis superficial vascular endothelium. 4Ang-2 was expressed in normal type. In psoriatic lesions, The expression of 5Ang-2 and VEGF in psoriasis vulgaris was positively correlated with that in psoriasis vulgaris (P 0. 001), but there was no expression of VEGF in normal skin tissue (P 0. 001), but there was significant difference between psoriasis vulgaris and psoriasis vulgaris (P0. 001). P0.05). Conclusion: the expression of 1VEGF in psoriasis vulgaris is higher than that in normal skin. The high expression of 2Ang-2 was closely related to angiogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris. 2Ang-2 was highly expressed in psoriasis vulgaris and almost no expression in normal skin tissue. The high expression of 3Ang-2 and VEGF in psoriasis vulgaris was positively correlated with angiogenesis in psoriasis vulgaris. They may promote the formation of neovascularization in psoriasis vulgaris and play an important role in the occurrence and development of psoriasis vulgaris.
