【摘要】：患者女,26歲。無(wú)明顯誘因脫發(fā)7個(gè)月余。外院以"斑禿","雄激素性脫發(fā)"治療,無(wú)效。脫發(fā)呈彌漫性,全頭拉發(fā)試驗(yàn)陽(yáng)性,實(shí)驗(yàn)室及皮膚組織病理學(xué)檢查未見明顯異常。診斷:急性休止期脫發(fā)。予煙酰胺、葡萄糖酸鋅、葉酸營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持治療后拉發(fā)試驗(yàn)轉(zhuǎn)為陰性,毛發(fā)已完全再生。
[Abstract]:The patient was 26 years old. There was no obvious inducement to alopecia for more than 7 months. The treatment of alopecia areata and androgen alopecia was ineffective. The alopecia was diffuse, the whole head pulling test was positive, and the laboratory and skin histopathological examination showed no obvious abnormality. Diagnosis: acute rest hair loss. Niacinamide, zinc gluconate, folic acid nutrition support treatment after hair test turned negative, hair has been completely regenerated.
