【摘要】：正皮膚起源于外胚葉及中胚葉,組織結(jié)構(gòu)異常復(fù)雜,且皮膚是人體最大的一個器官,與外界環(huán)境直接接觸,在各種致病因素的作用下,各種組織均可異常形成腫瘤,尤其是皮膚惡性腫瘤,可能危及患者的生命。在之前的研究中,已經(jīng)對寧夏地區(qū)皮膚腫瘤的發(fā)病情況進(jìn)行了整體的分析(包括臨床上常見的良性、癌前期病變以及惡性皮膚腫瘤),本次研究旨在進(jìn)一步分析對生命威脅較大的皮膚惡性腫瘤如基底細(xì)胞癌、鱗狀細(xì)胞癌以及黑素瘤,探討其在本地區(qū)的發(fā)病情況、臨床與組織病理特征。
[Abstract]:Positive skin originates from ectoderm and mesoderm, and its tissue structure is very complicated, and skin is the largest organ of human body. It is in direct contact with external environment. Under the action of various pathogenic factors, all kinds of tissues can form tumor abnormally. Especially the skin malignant tumor, may endanger the patient's life. In previous studies, an overall analysis of the incidence of skin tumors in Ningxia has been carried out (including clinically common benign, precancerous and malignant skin tumors). The purpose of this study was to further analyze malignant skin tumors such as basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma, and to investigate their clinical and histopathological features in the region.
