【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者女,44歲,已婚,家庭主婦。面部淡紅色丘疹伴灰褐色痂1月余。患者40d前無明顯誘因鼻部出現(xiàn)散在粟粒樣淡紅色丘疹,偶有微癢,至當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院就診,相關(guān)檢查后發(fā)現(xiàn)已妊娠2個月,考慮為"懷孕反應(yīng)",給予"痘痘消、膚輕松"等外用藥物治療后皮損無明顯變化。30d前患者引產(chǎn),約7d后在室外陽光下照射近8h,后皮損加重,累及雙側(cè)面頰部、額部,部分融合成片,上覆灰褐色黏膩痂塊,部分可自行脫落。自發(fā)病以來,患者無其
[Abstract]:Female, 44 years old, married, housewife. Facial reddish papules with grayish brown scab for more than 1 month. The patient had no obvious inducement to appear miliary reddish papules in his nose 40 days ago, and had occasional itching. He went to the local hospital to see a doctor. After examination, he found that he had been pregnant for 2 months, considering the "pregnant reaction" and giving "acne elimination". There was no obvious change in skin lesions after treatment with skin ease and other drugs. After 30 days of labor induction, about 7 days after exposure to outdoor sunlight for 8 hours, the skin lesions were aggravated, involving bilateral cheeks, forehead, and parts fused into pieces, covered with grayish brown sticky crusts.
