【摘要】：正毛母細胞瘤(trichoblastoma,TB)較為罕見。本文報道1例TB并復習文獻,對其臨床病理特點、免疫組化染色、診斷及鑒別診斷等進行初步探討。1材料與方法1.1臨床資料患者女性,62歲。發(fā)現(xiàn)右大腿處有一緩慢增大的無痛性腫塊10余年。腫塊可活動,直徑約2.5 cm,質地中等。術中見腫塊位于皮下,界限清楚。術后隨訪6個月未見腫瘤復發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Orthotrichoblastoma (trichoblastoma,TB) is rare. A case of TB was reported and the literature was reviewed. The clinicopathological features, immunohistochemical staining, diagnosis and differential diagnosis were preliminarily discussed. A slowly enlarged painless mass was found in the right thigh for more than 10 years. The mass is movable and of medium texture about 2. 5 cm, in diameter. During the operation, the mass was located subcutaneously and the boundary was clear. No recurrence of tumor was found after 6 months follow-up.
